TinyDog Books is composed of 3 members: author Alexa Rayburn, illustrator Clara Kay, and editor/photographer Alexander Kay.
Alexa Rayburn
Nan Kopitnik is a Board-Certified Addiction Medicine Physician and Attorney.
She is the author of four children's books. Her most recent children's book, Shy Sam the Wolfdog, chronicles the true story of a Florida family that integrates a wolfdog into their life. The book is accompanied by teaching pages for both children and adults.
She is the author of The Clockwork Adventure Series, a dystopian young adult series which pivots around a Florida teen who travels to a Victorian Steampunk land in search of a missing family member. He encounters mysterious flying machines, robotic insects, and lethal automaton robots controlled by a fascist dictator! The third installment of the series is in production now.
She is the author of The Mayhem and Medical Mischief of Dr. Olivia Day, a series of short horror stories detailing the adventures of a home-visiting physician and her trusty assistant who encounter spooky situations in their daily assignments. The stories began as a novella of scary stories, but at the urging of her fans, she developed the adventure into a mystery thriller series, The Messy Life of Dr. Olivia Day.
Her latest achievement is the completion of the Masters of Fine Arts Creative Writing Degree Program at Full Sail University in Orlando, Florida. She is the keeper of toy robots and one remarkable tinydog who serves as Chairman of the Board of Tinydog Books!!!
Clara Kay
Clara Kay (she/her) is an illustrator, merchandise designer, and animator located in Central Florida. She has a B.F.A. in Fine Arts (Character Animation) and studied at the University of Central Florida.
She has been drawing since she could hold a pencil, and has never stopped growing her skills as an artist. She loves video games, having grown up playing every Zelda game she could get her hands on.

Alexander Kay
Alexander Kay is a photographer and woodburner located in Central Florida. He is a student persuing International Business and Law at Rollins College. In addition to editing and formatting our books, he also produces and sells wood-burned novelties, and maintains his own store, linked below.
Alexander loves music: he plays guitar and saxaphone. He has an interest in hydroponic gardening as well as training and rescuing exotic birds. He enjoys traveling to attend conventions, interacting with customers and other book lovers. His photography is featured in several of our books, as well as across social media.
